They have lots and lots of venture capital investors and are hiring lots of high salary new employees.

Cons

Wonder what happens when the investors want their payout, and Viewpoint management needs to curtail their spending?

Pros

Great work life balance, employees really enjoy, Flexible schedules, high customer touch point and over all an enjoyable place to work. Rarely have to take work home with you as when you are done for the day you can leave and enjoy the rest of your evening so you are ready to come back the next day.

Cons

Not a lot but maybe salary and benefits could be a bit more competitive.
