Pros

Vista is a great product to work with. Very flexible to meet an industry that has no standards. Slackers can do well here.

Cons

As long as I've worked here Prof Service managers have been unable to achieve a satisfactory approval rating from the majority of their customers. For years their attempt to reduce the large amount of refunds have failed over and over. For the current year they chose to make up the difference by reducing bonuses for top achievers. However, their new formula now provides bonuses for the large number of low performers. It's not surprising that the Sales team currently recommend outside consultants to clinch a sale.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, Tri-Met pass, close to OMSI and mass transit.

Cons

Very little contact with supervisor. Always busy with meetings and other assigned tasks. Product training for support specialists is minimal at best. Expected to learn on the fly from knowledge base articles and old cases.
