Pros

Everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt since i left about 10 months ago, but Viewpoint is a solid company to work for. Pros would be solid management, and coworkers, they have a new office now, and not being micromanaged at all. The work/life balance was about as good as possible. I was a non-exempt employee, so right at 8 hours a day/40 per week i was leaving.

Cons

There really didn't seem to be any upward mobility which is part of why I left. The salary was also lackluster and the "commission" i got was awful.

Great culture among colleagues that are also very helpful Generous Salaries. Family owned business with family in the 'trenches' with staff.

Cons

Since selling a majority share of the business to private equity firm expenditure on travel, entertainment and commissions has been reviewed.

Great Product that is innovative and collaborative industry leading technology. Growing industry leader with a full potential of taking over a huge market share.

Cons

Instability is a major concern throughout the industry especially when you get bought out by bain capitol. It makes an unrest within the ranks of the company and job security is a major issue.
