Aggressive Growth equals pressure to make the numbers. Found I was no longer a good fit for the atmosphere.

Pros

Great organization, upper management is engaged with staff and works to make everyone feel like a family. Growing quickly which creates opportunity for advancement. Laid back work environment and great Oregon culture. Deep expertise on construction industry and products.

Cons

Viewpoint is growing quickly and attempting to streamline all products from the acquisitions. Some products need to be refreshed with new technology back-end and UIs updated. Rapid growth through acquisition is making it challenging to retain the family atmosphere.
