Decent starting pay and benefits, company outings and events like painting, whirlyball, half hour walk breaks, happy hours, casual dress code, PTO

Cons

Lack of respect for employee's outside life. Inconsistent management, often overwhelming workloads, high employee turnover, unfair favoritism, hours not flexible, despite being told otherwise- you do not get the ability to work from home unless you have good ties with the managers

Pros

I have been at this company for 5 years now and love this place. It cares more for us than I have experianced in past positions. There are always fun events going on and the career development offered is great. My supervisor and manager meet with me regularly to provide updates and communication is excellent. I have advanced in my 5 years and been given several perks, such as working from home and helping with additional projects. I feel like I have a voice on the team and what I say matters.

Cons

Not really a con but a warning depending on what kind of work you prefer- This is not a company for slackers who like the day to go by slowly. This is a growing company that is fast paced to keep it's spot as first in the field. Perks are reserved for hard workers and people are held accountable for their work.

Pros

love the overall business and the contribution this company makes to patient care. Many good people still working here that really believe in the company.

Cons

owned by private equity company, so every penny has been squeezed out of the business in effort to sell. Teams have been skinnied down way too much to be able to handle workload, etc. Private-equity assigned 'turn-around' executive mgmt. team doesn't understand the business and is only interested in getting company to sale and moving on.
