Pros

Work from home , insurance decent, education opportunities

Cons

Low salary, steal bonus, expensive benefits, only promote friends and family, dont care about employees, Leadership are people who got the job because they were friends with their boss Leaders pass on their work to those good people in lower positions and call it grooming which never leads to a higher position again if you are not friends. Pay, raises and bonuses are horrible, You have to make sure you review your pay thoroughly every time because they make so many mistakes and takes so much to get it fixed with all the pushback you get and upper leadership not pushing things because they don't do their job. If you have an opinion or make a complaint, the mean girl cliques come out. The managers will try to give disciplinary action write ups for no real substantial reasons when they are trying to let people go. Directors/Regional Program Managers use their minions and HR to get information and retaliate when you complain. They don't like when you point out their failures and they find a way to come at you. You're at the mercy of a lot of middle people to get something simple fixed. They never know anything and always say they're get back to you and never do. They refuse to respond to you in writing so you don't document Not only do they lack any professionalism and an uneducated leadership. There is a very mob boss attitude and sheisty culture.

Pros

The company vision and purpose is very meaningful for providing quality healthcare to everyone. However, this vision does not translate over to the many employees in the corporate support roles.

Cons

The corporate leave of administration team is very toxic and has unstable environment. The team is growing; however, certain employees who are still there are very good at covering each other's mistake and putting the blame on the new employees of the department. The department has incomplete standard operating procedures that are used to train new employees. The trainings are inconsistent and when you question the process, your questions are not addressed. The team leader does not do the work on a timely manner. She holds on to cases and gives them to new employees when the work gets backed up or escalated. The employees that are still there have a history of dumping a heavy work load on to the new employees, this happened to me and another employee who left the company before me. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. The pay is low compared to other companies in the industry and the benefits are very expensive.
