Our hiring/ firing decisions are based on our culture, and try to be transparent about this during the interview process. We also are disappointed with this outcome but will work to get better. Good job for under 30's

Pros

Very young staff love to go out and do social things together, your car is your office and you get to somewhat set your own schedule, you get to learn your way around Colorado, meet new people every day, learn about the exterior of a house. Potential to make high commissions IF you get good training . The owner Jeremiah is great, very thoughtful and cares about his employees and logan is a great source of resource he is very knowledgeable

Cons

Driving 500 miles a week , lots of wear and tear on your car, VERY low pay until you get to the next comission bracket. Very little and vague training which keeps you from making better comission because you don't find out what's wrong with your jobs till months later so you basically keep doing the same mistakes affecting your comission till your supervisor gets time to go over it with you. If you're over 30 this job isnt for you, if you have a family to provide for this job isnt for you. You will have no life work long hours and see little to no return . Everyone is just winging it no one really knows what they are doing except the senior staff . If you have an appointment past 5 and have a question good luck because no one will help you

Pros

I enjoyed my year and a half at Vivax Pros and the opportunities I had to contribute meaningfully. The Austin office has a great team culture, and I felt supported by my peers and immediate colleagues. Working with a fast-growing company allowed me to develop my skills and achieve measurable success as a top performer.

Cons

Leadership prioritizes profit over people, which is evident in the company’s very high turnover rate. Leadership’s handling of employee resignations contradicts the values of integrity and fairness that the company claims to uphold. I recently accepted another opportunity with increased pay that better aligns with my worth in the market. Despite providing a three-week notice and offering to work through the holiday period, I was terminated early and denied two weeks of holiday pay I had earned. This decision reflects a lack of respect for employees and prioritizes cost-cutting over ethical treatment. This decision left me in a precarious financial position during the holiday season and showed a lack of respect for employees who have worked hard to uphold the company’s mission. While Vivax Pros emphasizes "doing the right thing" for customers, that same principle is not consistently extended to employees.

We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you raised regarding leadership decisions and how they impacted your departure. Employee satisfaction and ethical treatment are core to our values. We do, however, require an employee returns to work from our paid holiday time-off in order to take advantage of our generous 2 week paid holiday break. Your advice on improving retention is well taken. Despite having strong retention for entry level sales, we continue to look for ways to increase employee retention for all positions.
