Pros

The company works hard to ensure their employees are well taken care of. Between the vacation time and the floating holidays you had enough time off to take care of your mental health and enjoy your family time. I absolutely loved my supervisors they were my back bone on my worse days and always took the time to help me if I had any issues. This would be the company I would go back to I left of my own accord and they hated to see me leave but supported me when I went off to venture to new things. I would 10 out of 10 recommend if they have an opening to apply and join the best company around.

Cons

As a customer service rep you know you have you days where it will be tough to get through the day because of the call volume or a bad call in general.
