      Pros

      Strong culture of members first with employees as a close second. Opportunities to develop beyond current role. Excellent benefits. Employees are incented to do outstanding work. Strong culture of support between lines of business. WSECU invests in talent development.

      Cons

      With a strong culture of employee support, sometimes problem performance isn't addressed quickly enough and that can have morale impact. I'd rather have that, though, than high turnover or an environment where people fear for their jobs.

      Pros

      WSECU sincerely cares about their employees, members and community. The salary is competitive, they work to hire from within when possible and staff/leadership development is a strong cultural value. Im proud to wear the brand out in the community and often hear from members how much they appreciate the service they receive at WSECU.

      Cons

      Brandwear is mostly unattractive. Pace of change can be dizzying! I realize that is the way of the world but we have really gone through many many many transitions in the past several years.

      Pros

      The people really care about each other and our members. The benefits are amazing. You can't find a place that covers your family at no or little cost for medical insurance. WSECU is a well respected employer and Washington. I'm proud to work here.

      Cons

      Every company has its growing pains. This company does too, but works hard to mitigate them.
