- In general, WTW promotes a non-stressful working environment. - Very good benefits for those that are married with children, average if you are a single. - Above average compensation.

Cons

- Not the best company if you are a veteran coder looking to improve your technical skills. - Severe lack of people in the leadership (or lead role) who exactly understands what it means to write "Quality" code. This is fairly important as it impacts the growth of a person (technically) in the company.
