      All my friends are jealous. Great company to work for!

      Pros

      There is a lot to take in but my manager seems to explain everything he can to me. The other salespeople in the office help me with all my questions/needs. It's competitive but a fun place to work. The others in the office drive me. They give me reports of my numbers every week so I can see how I'm doing.

      I don't have any complaints.

      Pros

      Relatively high base salary for a no-experience sales job, training in aggressive sales techniques, great commission potential, lots of contests nationally and within franchise group, lavish conference in Florida every year, lots of opportunity for moving up within the growing company.

      Cons

      If you are not an assertive go-getter then this job is difficult bordering on impossible. But if you are then you will not likely find a better fit for your first sales job,

      Pros

      Teaches you effective communication and forces you into the trenches. You will learn your flaws quickly and are driven to correct them. Note that this is a franchised business- some locations will be stricter than others.

      Cons

      "If you want a vacation, be a teacher" is the mantra here. Everyone works long hours and if you don't seem 100% committed to that you'll get fired. 90% of the new hires are typically gone within a year.
