Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review and for your continued commitment to Walser over the past several years. We’re happy to hear that you feel supported and recognized for your hard work, and that you value the ability to grow and be rewarded here. Employee recognition alongside rewarding for great performance are very important to us at Walser. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the hours worked by top performers. We know that balancing performance expectations, ambition, and personal time can be a challenge in a fast-paced environment like ours, and it's something we're continually reviewing. Finding this balance is different for everyone, but we do strive to provide a place where you can perform exceptionally well and still have personal balance. Your input helps us keep that conversation going. If you ever want to share more feedback with us directly, you can contact me directly at ltrett@walser.com, or the campus SVP, Randy Lammle, at rlammle@walser.com. We always appreciate these conversations. Thank you again for your dedication to Walser— we’re grateful to have you on the team! Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing from former team members, especially those who spent years working with us. We’re happy to hear you found value in the employee benefits alongside the camaraderie of your co-workers — creating a supportive and engaging environment is something we take pride in. Providing great employee benefits has always been a priority for us because we believe that when employees feel secure and supported in their personal and professional lives, they’re better positioned to thrive and grow within the organization. It’s an investment in the well-being of our team, which in turn strengthens our company as a whole. We also appreciate your honest note about the corporate environment. Like many growing organizations, we recognize that navigating change and structure at the corporate level can sometimes feel challenging. Feedback like yours helps us continue to evaluate and improve the way we operate, ensuring we build a more organized, transparent, and collaborative workplace for everyone. We want change to feel positive and progressive, not chaotic. If you would like to share any further comments directly, we would welcome the chance to speak with you. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the compensation and benefits package overall—we’ve worked hard to ensure our compensation is competitive and supportive of our employees. Regarding your concern about front gross incentives, this does bring up a key difference in our approach. We intentionally shifted away from incentivizing gross profit back in 2001 because our focus is on the customer journey. When profit becomes the primary driver, it can detract from the customer experience and impact our company culture in ways we want to avoid. Instead, we’ve prioritized providing strong base compensation and enhanced benefits to create a more stable and rewarding work environment. We appreciate your feedback and always strive to improve. If you have additional insights or suggestions, we’d love to hear them. Please contact your direct supervisor or feel free to reach out to me (ltrett@walser.com) or our campus president directly, Randy Lammle (rlammle@walser.com). We would be happy to have a conversation with you. Thank you for being part of our team! Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition
