      There really is none about this place.

      Cons

      Money driven management that does not believe in the core values that they pretend to instill in everybody. They don't care about you as a person at all. Worst dealership chain to have ever step foot in.

      Walser is filled with many wonderful people who are overshadowed by a few terrible leaders

      Pros

      Great training, great co-workers, amazing trainers (Blake, Chris, Danielle), good corporate support.

      Cons

      Very bad management, poor communication, not realistic expectations, long hours, management always micromanaging you, poor in-store training, effort you put in always goes to waste
