The “WU Way” is a phrase that is used both as a justification and an excuse. The University sometimes gets in its own way because upper management and academics alike refuse to try new things or improve on existing procedures.

I can sleep while working

Cons

The entire job experience is unsafe working conditions with a boss that continuously ignores the complaints and concerns of her employees. Very little is done to make arrangements to help employees solve issues. When Workers speak to the boss, the issues are blown off and ignored. The boss continuously lies to the employees about scope of work as well as the pay of the work.
