Good hourly pay but commission structure is pretty bad

Good hourly pay, great properties and lots of training.

Cons

Lack of consistency. Constant change in applications software, screening procedures, vendors and high staff turnover. Commissions are very low based on current market trends. No bonus or commission is offered on renewals anymore
