Pros

The environment I'm in is fast paced, fun and overall this has been the best career change I've taken. I've worked customer service roles my entire career, but this is by far the best opportunity I stumbled upon. Make the switch, challenge yourself and if you love to learn, we're always learning something new here. The company is inclusive, "woke", and overall positive and promotes from within. This is the first job I've had that encourages PTO, takes your goals seriously and has decent insurance.

Cons

Working the weekends sometimes, but schedules can be flexible depending on your team and the flow of traffic the property receives seasonally.

Waterton hands down is the best property management company I have ever worked for. The other ones were good, but Waterton truly is great and is the difference. Read the culture pillars on our website, they truly mean it. The pay is above average; our culture is inclusive and not just on paper - we're the real deal! Work/life balance is encouraged, the opportunities for growth are there for those who are interested. We have great perks! If you're passionate about Property Management and your person aligns with our company culture, I strongly encourage you apply to Waterton, you won't regret it.

Cons

If I had to say anything it would be the health benefits. They are OK don't get me wrong - maybe a 9 out of 10.
