We encourage our people leaders to adopt a collaborative and coaching based model of management and recognize not all leaders may adhere to this approach. When issues arise between leaders and their team members, Waystar has put into place various methods where team members can report these issues either anonymously or directly to human resources. Additionally, Waystar strives to compensate team members fairly. We leverage compensation data, market analysis, and experience as ways to stay current on market trends. We dedicate resources to deepen our understanding of different job markets and compensation across said markets. We are also looking at total compensation by improving benefits such as adding more holidays this year. We appreciate your feedback.
