Growing company that listens to it's employees. Flexible work hours and excellent work / life balance. Great opportunity to work with multiple teams and further develop your world view of business in a tech company. Great Health Benefits and People. Employees are always encouraged to develop themselves professionally via available courses and/or seminars. Everyone is eager to assist you and ensure your success.

Cons

As with a growing company there are going to be some growing pains and you might have to help in areas of business you might not be familiar with. Processes are being refined and it may be difficult at times to determine those next steps.
