Pros

They have an employee medical clinic at no cost to full time employees for some of the basics, ie physicals, colds, etc.. There are a lot of good people that work for the county. (Management not included)

Cons

Management works whatever schedule they want, are not around to make decisions, and they treat the people that report to them like garbage, they like to keep everyone under their thumb. Every department is grossly understaffed, because employees are leaving in droves once they realize how the county devalues its employees.
