Pros

PTO is decent, health insurance is good once you've been with the county for 3+ years (high deductible HSA). Some co workers are awesome and semi flexible work schedule after you've been with the county for over a year. Helping clients is great also.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. Management plays favorites, they all have their favorite employees. At the time of a review, or one on ones, the favs get passing scores, and the others get tons of criticism. It's really all about "who you know". Lately, AP (South County) and ES managers have become micro managers. They treat their employees like children. EMPLOYEES - be careful who you trust, often times co workers will snitch on you to make themselves look better in front of management.

There is no opportunity for advancement for part time employees. No standards for promotion, ignorance at its best.

Pros

I like working with the public and feel everybody deserves good customer service. I have built good relationships with some coworkers.

Cons

Being punished when needing a sick day, put in a room alone to work when there is a high volume of customers. Sitting at 5-6 different desks during a four hour shift.

Pros

good hours to make a lot of money for the owner. the detail department was sub par. places to go for lunch were decent

Cons

Yelling non stop, always being undermined, employer is bi polar ( maybe tri-polar) other staff member good. hours are good and traffic is decent but good luck being accused of losing keys to the cars
