Pros

salary, any company making close to or more than a billion dollars has money to pay its workers

Cons

its impossible to provide new and existing hires quality service as none of the departments work together which leads to candidates receiving different information from each department. For instance, Wellstar changed its covid policy after hiring candidates based on its old policy. candidates had to be delayed and were frustrated that they agreed upon a start date but then had to wait weeks to start due to needing the second covid dose.

Pros

Flexible scheduling. That's really it.

Cons

If you are black, this location is not for you. The coworkers will degrade and try to get you out. They were unfriendly from introduction. Bullying is rampant. The nurses treat certain patients with disgust. Also, a lot of them are lazy. The pay is a joke. You can make more at Mcdonald's. Literally. Orientation was messy. Preceptors refused to precept and would leave you on your own.

Pros

Getting experience in the hospital setting, interacting with patients, and hospital staff

Cons

Person over the cna program was unorganized, rude, and incompetent. There was no communication between unit managers and the person in charge of the program.
