Beautiful campus with some very vibrant and interesting students.

Cons

Not very research driven. An uninspiring environment. Not recommended for researchers who teach. More a space for teachers who might research in spare time.

Pros

The campus is beautiful and the area is rich in natural resources. Perfect place to live for the outdoor enthusiast.

Cons

Outside of faculty, the university takes its workers for granted and mostly refuses to bargain for better working conditions. Pay is abysmally low in an area with high (and rising) cost of living. Accessibility, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts are talked about a lot, but very little action or change is accomplished.
