Pros

Good place to start if you are new. Base + commission. Great commission split

Cons

Micro managed, mamagers call you every day twice a day, sometimes late at night. Some managers will do anything to make their numbers. Office politcs. Constant turn overs and frankly DSM nice guy but just not qualified to lead.

Pros

Honestly the ONLY pro is they have cafe so you don't have to pay for lunch (it's free lunch, so it's not that good).

Cons

The company is YEARS behind in technology and just about every aspect of the business. Not just a few years behind, try like 20! Once the baby boomers retire there will be no one left at that company. Benefits are not good at all for a fortune 500 company (even small companies <500 employees have WAY better benefits). Best to keep searching if that is a critical aspect to you and/or your family. Management is not willing to help employees move forward in their career, it is one man for themselves.
