Pros

Very good training program, best compensation package in industry good benefits and products. Opportunity to advance quickly if you show promise.

Cons

Local management not supportive and inexperienced. Management seems to always be in defense mode and places blame on everyone else. Will not take personal responsibility for anything other than positive results. Structure is used for punishment rather then development
