Pros

You will be paid but not what you think. Benefits available but at a high cost. You can write off some expenses at the end of the year.

Cons

Managers claim sales from their employees, taking commission. Upper management is too busy being friends with everyone to handle issues with managers hurting their employees. They make classes mandatory and then sign you up for classes and charge you for them. Micromanaging the employees and not the managers who set employees up for failure. Possibly the worst company I have ever worked for.

Pros

Training, limited income. Something better than nothing which happens at end of training.

Cons

Never seen anything like this. High turnover, 90% approx. people working hard only to be hindered by underwriting and micro management. Report #s three times weekly so that Manager can turn in data even if not credible. You cant succeed at this company, they are so conservative, technology out of date, have to buy your own wifi, along with everything else. What I saw were good people that should never have been hired, management that thinks they are successful, some barely surviving financially, business targets low income households, so you constantly chase premium payments and cancellations. Pros

Great company to work for with great compensation and benefit package. Straight commission after 8 weeks, so you get out of it what you put into it.

Cons

1. To many Sales Managers and Trainers that are doing the training not qualified. The trainers were not successful in the field so they go to Home Office to train others on how to do it.....not good. 2. Some Home Office personnel need to realize that without the Financial Representatives doing what they do there would be no need for their job.
