Pros

Zip, zilch, zero, nada... the people who work at the manager level and below are the only positives. Above that level is pond scum.

Cons

To the person who said they sent 9 people to a conference... it’s part of the WELD program... where they are spending $1M educating potential senior leaders. They’ve been going all over the world... to learn about the industry and gain some executive presence. Changing the results of RCAs has been going for years. Just ask RC analysts and they will share examples. So why would these latest RCAs be any different? They never did anything about Danny and his incidents of sexual harassment so why would they do anything about executive bullying and cover ups? Even the SVP of goody two shoes isn’t above bullying.

George Westinghouse Just Rolled Over in His Grave

Pros

There were several good reasons to work for Westinghouse ... before 2017

Cons

Type in the Google search words "Westinghouse, bankruptcy, AP1000, VC Summer" and 20 articles will instantly appear explaining why this company is doomed for failure. I was once extremely proud to work for Westinghouse and now it's an embarrassment to utter the company's name. George Westinghouse would be appalled and ashamed!

Downright scary

Pros

None at this time. The uncertainty and lying is bad. Managers are trying to figure out how to "rightsize" down to zero.

Cons

Unqualfied leaders trying to fix the mess. People hate coming to work. Can afford an internship program but can't afford to provide educational opportunities to employees .
