Pros
Unlimited PTO - usually no questions asked, good if you are suddenly sick or have appointments Unlimited snacks Casual work place with no dress code (just come in clothed) Good beginner experience in infosec/appsec for those with zero experience Decent insurance benefits
Cons
Upper management is ruthless in their pursuit of change and growth, firing multiple highly skilled people (and not so highly skilled people) Deficit in experience is not handled properly, there is no training for security certs, no cross training allowed except in minute cases Salary is horribly under the industry average with little chance of a good raise due to nepotism within lower management as well as upper (just look at how connected everyone who is recent and at the top is) No 401k matching Succumb to client demands too easily Focus on growth rather than training The fact that they have multiple reviews saying all bad reviews are by disgruntled employees is laughable and says enough about the company
