Pros

Pumped staff - everyone is focused on bettering the company! They provide great training when you come on board. They promote from within. Great brand awareness campaigns

Cons

Very clique-ish. Think honors fraternity and if you are not "in" you will know The staff has high level titles but are in fact very green (with exception of a few execs) ATS system needs improvement as some basic functions are missing Overly obsessed with rules/processes - regimented Very social media oriented. Which is good IF you like to save pics, show your status, start or join blogs, committees, interest groups with your friends within the company on their internal social media site during your workday.

Thank you for your time in writing this review as we appreciate all feedback given. For our recruitment teams we strive to provide as much flexibility around processes for each recruiter to run their desk to the best of their ability. We work with our leadership teams to train them on trying to find the right fit between fulfilling our service level agreements and delivering on the end results expected (hires). Certain clients have different requirements or agreements that require weekly outreach, screens, or submits and not just number of positions filled. Quality over quantity is the best mindset while supporting our clients, but there will be times when other metrics need to achieved. As a company we’re committed to training all of our team members. We’re currently revamping our leadership training to provide even more preparation and tools to those employees who are stepping into a leadership role for the first time. Again, thank you for your review and your feedback. Kind Regards, Justin Derie HR Generalist

Pros

great staff big name clients and lots of areas to make improvements

Cons

company was once a place for open forum discussion and encouragement to make things better. Over past year or two leaders from a former client have come in and taken the place over. The culture has changed to burn out. Recruiters are underpaid, overworked and sold empty promises. Clients are led to believe things during pitch that are untrue and non-deliverable. If you are considering this company, Pay attention to how many helpful marks ratings like this one get vs. the ones written by interns and people told to do it by marketing.
