I have been at Wilsonart for over 20 years. It is a great company that afforded me a lifestyle that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to have. If you get a chance to become employed at Wilsonart, by all means take it.

Cons

The shifts are a challenge at times.

Pros

Great pay, Great benefits, Overall great product. Co-workers are in the most part friendly and feel like family.

Cons

Hours for working are not good for a family life. The current owners do not care about the employees like they used to. The current management does not take loyalty or honesty into consideration when dealing with employees. The current pay scale is about 6 dollars less when you top out than it was before 2015.
