      The benefits aren't horrible and their PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Rapidly changing environment and unfortunately ELT team no longer seems to want what's best for employees or membership.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in your career. It’s based on “who you know” not your experience or qualifications. Hard for minorities to grow within the company. Racist is the correct word.

      Pros

      Wings is an outstanding company to work for when it comes to the career driven teams, the outings they have, structure, and benefits.

      Cons

      The HR department is a fraud and I would NEVER work for Wings Financial again as long as the people running HR were employee's there. They discriminate, they judge, and they do not listen. They claim to have an open door policy about your job and career.. when at the end of the day all they care about is the money they're making.
