NOTHING unfortunately they don't care about what you produce, but when times get lean they will cut the people that make the most money, not the ones that produce the least amount of work. a concept I really don't understand

Cons

You risk being let go at any moment, no matter how good you are good you are at your job. Forget about ever seeing a raise. Hard work, dedication, and perfect attendance mean absolutely nothing When money is tight they get rid of the people that make the most money, not the people who produce nothing If you went to Texas A&M they will hire you no matter how stupid you are

Okay so this company is definitely family friendly, they have great values when it comes to how employees are treated in the long term

Cons

So unfortunately the Cons outweigh the pros, The company has an extreme turnover rate that is the equivalent of a ski resort. Your work is constantly devalued in meetings and they use a strict quota system on everyone not just sales. Forget Salary because a good 80% of the positions even on a management level are hourly. Lastly they hire high school graduates over individuals with degrees and pay accordingly so even if you have a college degree with experience in the industry it's very common for an annual salary to be under 36,000.
