Great company but not without it's faults. Didn't see eye to eye with a few folks in leadership.

Pros

The people treat customers very well and are extremely knowledgable about the products and services provided. It's fun just to see some of these guys work.

Cons

Management tends to pick favorites. I would be okay with this if he didn't leave everyone else high and dry and then yell at them for not meeting expectations for jobs he failed to prepare them for. Frustrating.

I learned patience. Able to adjust work schedule to school needs.

Cons

Very low salary. Some customers who thought I should be in the kitchen. Laid-back management style, too laid back.

Set hours. Every one knows everyone.

Cons

Boring. Same thing every day with ZERO chance of changing. Most leads and supervisors are inept.
