Pros

In all the time Ive worked here i would say the amount of being busy, learning something new everyday , and is a good place to start in this line of work

Cons

I would say that they give credit to people who do the bare minimum, theres alot of favortism , theirs people that come 8 minutes late everyday and as long as you make it up its ok., they wear out the good employees and take advantage of the hard work they do and get left with the slackers due to them not really listening to the needs of their employees , theres no team work, last 6 months theirs more turn around, no good training, bad commmunication between collegues

Pros

The people you deal with are great. There is always something new. Challenging yet rewarding. Always something valuable to learn.

Cons

There are never enough sales to support needed revenue. You'll never get rich here. We were always understaffed and over allocated.
