      Independent work environment. Self guided problem solving. high impact on client population.

      Cons

      The company is clueless, Pays their employees a fraction of what the charge clients. Places compliance and diversity over experience and knowledge for promotion. Self placating environment.

      Pros

      I worked for this company for less than a year and was promoted from an observer to the team lead in less than a month. It was a great experience and position. Easy work load, great energy and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Pay was ok. I missed one day of work due to personal issues happening in my life and i was fired. I didn't like how they let me go so quickly after being promoted and putting a lot of effort to meet companies requirements before the end of my shift.
