Uncommunicative management, excessive micromanagement, untrustworthy management, and the workplace culture went out the window.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize about your experience with the management team at WorkCare. There have been management changes at the company and we've experienced some challenges. We continue to enhance our Leadership Training to help new and experienced managers in their roles. We have also made significant improvements to our communication by adding a variety of new tools such as an HR intranet site, HR update meetings and a monthly HR newsletter. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our company.

Cons

Communication difficult at times since everyone is so spread out. Felt disconnected, more like employee of client where I was contracted. Could have had more support from management.

Thank you for your feedback. Frequent and transparent communication is one of many goals at WorkCare. We're happy to report that we have made significant improvements to our communication by adding a variety of new tools. We have a company intranet site dedicated to company news and updates, as well as a second intranet site that serves as a one-stop resource for policies, procedures and more. In March we held our first quarterly HR update meeting. If you have any suggestions on how we can continue improving our communication, please share them with HR.
