We appreciate the opportunity to hear your concerns and clear the air. While we do offer career opportunities for new graduates, we love finding talent with prior experience. In fact, 80% of the employees hired in the past 6 months have all had previous experience in their field before joining Marathon Data (now WorkWave)! Yes, our standard office office hours are indeed 8:30 to 5, but we have many team members that work modified schedules, or work remotely full or part time based on their needs. We also recently announced that everyone will be getting 5 more days of PTO starting in 2016! I'm sorry to hear that your referrals didn't pass our rigorous screening process. We love referrals though and are exited when we find ones that are the right fit.
