Great coworkers and able to work remotely

Cons

Kevin absolutely destroyed the culture that had been built. No one knows what they’re supposed to be doing. There are zero clear goals. Zero appreciation for employees. They cut several benefits. Laid off a large group of employees with zero notice. Within months, the company went down the drain. No promotions and low pay. Everything is a “lateral move”.

Commission pay is good, people are nice, and culture is fun.

Cons

Managers are pretty clueless to products, innovation is slow, and too many changes in short period of time.
