They promote from within which means tons of opportunity for people entering from a lower level, also those in higher levels know the roles below them. Many senior team members will act as a mentor to anyone who seeks it. Everyone currently in management seems to care about the employees and they deal with any internal issues swiftly. Management is also clear about how to move up and what they look for when trying to promote from within. Nearly everyone is nice, communicative, and willing to contribute to documentation. The culture they have created helps to grow people's skills and careers.
