      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Everyone helps each other, great sense of collaboration. This company does a better job of hiring people to stay long term, and promoting from within, than any organization I have worked for previously. Consistent about offering annual raises.

      Cons

      As the company has grown and has taken on more remote staff it is more difficult to have the same sense of close community as previously, although the company does have various virtual and in person events to maintain those relationships.

      Pros

      - Top notch compensation - It's a meritocracy. The highest performing contributors rise through the company based on their contributions - The culture is second to none. I genuinely enjoy working with everyone here - Management is always open to feedback - The office has all the amenities anyone could ask for. Free lunch twice a week, all the snacks you can eat, and a Nespresso machine that's so good, it should be considered part of my compensation package :)

      Cons

      - It's very easy to burn out and take too much on. This is a problem throughout the industry, not just Xantrion

      Pros

      I've been with the company for 10 years, and it's been an amazing experience. The bosses are fantastic—supportive, understanding, and always willing to listen. The work-life balance is great, with flexible hours that allow me to maintain a healthy personal life. The salary is competitive, and I feel well-compensated for my work. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. It's a company that values its employees, and it's been a pleasure to grow with them over the years.

      Honestly, I haven’t found any cons yet. It’s been a great place to work, and I’m proud to be part of the team.
