Pros

-100% Health care coverage. -401k contribution matching. -Generous PTO plan gets even better for tenured staff. -A positive environment where team camaraderie thrives. -I like the people that I work with. -Management is approachable and caring. -Management listens to feedback. -I don't worry about my employment. Management is open and honest about performance and expectations. -5-year strategic outlook is clearly communicated, and exciting. -People are consistently polite and respectful when dealing with each other. If you have the opportunity to work at Xantrion, now is a great time to join. Getting acclimated as a new team member has gotten easier thanks to a focus on improving processes, onboarding, and training. Documentation and procedures are much more lined out now than when I started.

Cons

We are growing, and the influx of new work has my team strained, and sometimes stretched a bit thin.

Pros

People here are great to work with! Everyone is happy to teach you when they have time. Leadership is very good and has drastically improved over time. They are extremely careful on who they hire. They recently starting doing an annual convention called Xantricon and a lot of the decisions seem to be in favor of the employees.

Cons

Salary is low compared to other MSPs but it's still ranked as one of the best places to work in the Bay Area.

Decent pay, most staff are pretty skilled at their work.

A lot of the staff give off superior vibes sort of like at the employees at a Verizon store.
