Great for a first job. Great for internship opportunities. Great for free Friday bagels. Great for free soda. Great for weather!

Cons

Anything not listed in pros. So pretty much all things that are actually important to have a healthy work environment. stay away from implementations and engineering to avoid stress of monumental levels.
