Friday Bagels. Popcorns, Soda machine.

Cons

Less pay. Toxic environment in engineering. People are not treated with respect.No respect for people having good and creative ideas. Old timer in top managment try to control and make it hard to grow.No new learning.

Beautiful facility,friendly staff,supportive management HR is always helpful and will go out of their way to make a new employee feel welcomed. I wish I didn't have to move out of state,I would have loved to continue working for XIFIN , Inc.

Cons

If you live far from location,the commute is difficult. Housing near facility required double my salary.
