I’ve given countless years to other companies who didn’t appreciate my contributions and treated me like I was disposable, but that has never been the case at XIFIN. None of my work goes unappreciated, and every time I’ve gone above and beyond the responsibilities of my role, it’s been recognized and rewarded.

The company has been around since the 70’s, so it’s definitely no silicon valley start-up. But if you can get past the lack of pool tables and nap pods in the break room, you’ll see that it’s actually great to work for such an established company because they’re not constantly running around trying to figure out how to stay in business. They know what works and they do it.
