I love my coworkers, they’re honestly the best part about working here. I couldn’t ask for a better team of people in a workplace. We’ve got each other’s backs and we always help each other out.

Cons

Your starting salary isn’t going to be anything worthwhile unless you have a LOT of experience.

Maybe there’s better companies out there, but I don’t ever plan on looking because I’m perfectly happy right where I am. Other people can waste their time hopping from job to job hoping to find the “perfect one” but I know a good thing when I see it and that’s right here at XIFIN.

Cons

The experience you have is whatever you make of it.

Pros

I have nothing but good things to say about XIFIN. It’s an amazing company to work for. They paid me well (more than I initially thought I was worth), the people are great, and they have a strong, clear vision. I would hands-down recommend it to anyone interested in applying here.

Cons

No real cons. At least none that I noticed. My wife and I moved abroad which made continuing to work here unrealistic.
