The managers here are phenomenal. They clearly know what they’re doing, and it makes working for XIFIN a breeze. I didn’t realize how much of an effect management has on the work environment until I left, but now I appreciate it so much more.

Cons

The turnaround on a lot of the work I did was tight. There was almost no margin for error.

I’ve loved my experience with the company so far. Everyone has been very kind and friendly, and made me feel nothing but welcome. This has probably been one of the smoothest transitions I’ve experienced and I know it’s because of just how great my coworkers are. The people who work at a company can make or break your experience, and my coworkers definitely make it!

Cons

Management don’t communicate as often as they should to keep everyone on the same page.
