      Pros

      Growing company, with great business model. Profitable company. Competitive pay and benefits. Going through typical growth pains right now but I can tell they are in the process of hiring top quality people to help moving from slower, old school processes to more dynamic product development methodology. You are able to make a huge difference in a short amount of time. Huge personal growth potential - being a smaller company you'll be exposed to and get the opportunity to grow if you want to.

      Cons

      Couple people seem to hold things up by needing to approve things however I can see that changing as that model works for a 100 person company but not a dynamic growing company.

      Pros

      The company is growing, and growing quickly, so there's good opportunity to grow your career. There is never a shortage of work to be done, and many of the projects are ambitious and challenging. Many in the leadership team think strategically and consider carefully the benefits and impact of the decisions made. The facilities are nice and there are free bagels every Friday. Compensation is competitive and managers are appropriately flexible with employees. Health benefits are good. Overall a good company to work for. If you work well, you will be treated very well.

      Cons

      Due to security concerns, there are many rules and regulations to abide by, especially when it comes to access. This isn't necessarily bad, but it often leads to a drop in productivity. Some of these issues could be addressed, but there is resistance from some in power to make good progress on this. The parking lot is mostly for compact cars, door dings are inevitable. The company isn't very willing to allow employees to work from home. On occasion it may be ok, but for the most part, expect to be in the office if you're working that day.

      Not for those who want to make great things

      Pros

      The company has decent vacation and other benefits. The QA and software teams are very easy to work with. The business development group seems to have their stuff together because they seem to make money regardless of their underlying technology.

      Cons

      This is not a company that is nimble, nor cutting edge, which may be appropriate for the medical market it works in. There seem to be three managers with opinions on anything that needs to be done and no one is willing to stand up for the right way to do something. I wouldn't work here if you enjoy creating great technology.
