We're glad to hear our training helped you build a strong foundation in sales and relationship building early in your career. However, we're sorry to hear that your experience overall was anything less than what you had hoped for. Honesty and transparency in sales are things we coach from the very beginning, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior. With that said, we know the Account Executive role is demanding. While we understand it can be challenging to be held accountable to specific metrics on a daily basis, we know that this is the best way one can be successful in sales. In addition, we focus on rewarding every person with a competitive compensation package centered on much more than just a paycheck. This package includes things like stock incentives, cash bonuses, 401(k) matching, wellness reimbursements, work from home reimbursements, and mental health and wellness services, to name a few.
