Pros

Good tech, good trust in product, decent office, young group

Cons

Low pay, extremely high turnover, unorganized management, extremely political, NYC is not focus (Tel Aviv is), constantly changing not because of innovation because of scrambling

Pros

Young people, open office plan.

Cons

They give sales reps about 6-10 weeks to ramp up - you're out otherwise. Fratty culture. If you're about 22-26 years old and you're idea of great work culture is a pool table, the occasional Central Park outting, and catered office lunch once a month, this place will be fine. If you're looking for a real career, go to a bigger company. In the US office, there's limited growth outside sales. They will sell you on "growth" and "opportunity", but realistically, this company is going no where if they keep churning over their sales team.

Pros

Great people / coworkers Awesome product Important industry right now Good Culture

Cons

If you have a Sales Background coming to YOTPO is going be like nothing you have ever seen before. You'll also feel like you're at a daycare at times as well babysitting certain people. They have one mentality and that is the YOTPO way. The YOTPO formula consists of hiring kids within who have no idea what a real Sales job or culture is like. That way they can underpay them, raise goals that are only attainable based on your relationships with the Partner Team, SDR Demos, and 'luck' of inbounds..etc... which brings me to... Horrendous Leadership. Its not a sustainable environment for someone coming in from the outside who wasn't breed the YOTPO way. And the Managers / Director will do nothing to help you on this front. I hope it gets better. The company is doing amazing and the Product is fantastic. But the internal structure is beyond problematic.
