The founders seem to make decisions that change the direction of the company almost every month. They let a lot of people go very often which if I were looking to join I would question. Only sell small deals, so if you like working in a boiler room then this is the place for you. No communication across the different departments. Everything is run and decisions are made out of Israel which makes working in NY tough to feel connected to the larger company.

Nepotism is king here. Been here for 5 years, took on way more tasks, have had many achievements, never got promoted. New department manager is a close connection with someone in leadership, but seems underqualified. There's a glass ceiling here if you're not well-connected. It's also white male dominant past a certain level, unless we're talking HR. Then it's all white women. Not sure how you can push DEI when everyone at the top is the same. The climate around here is becoming toxic. HR moved into our section, to watch us, I guess. HR and leadership seem genuinely out of touch. They laid off a bunch of people but we still pay for wasteful events like yoga and guided meditation. And they do these interviews with the co-founder once in a while where he doesn't actually directly answer anything. It's just straight up awkward to watch. They never order enough lunch on Tuesdays for people, the day they make us all come in. We're also losing our flexibility as they try to push us to come in twice a week. They had us come in on a Friday because it was end of quarter... Why do SDRs need to be here on a Friday, they're not closing anything... it's just petty from leadership. Work life balance is terrible as we often have to work out of hours in accordance with Israel's availability for meetings.
