The executive management is the worst I've encountered. They are completely out of touch, have ruined any sense of culture, and have inadvertently driven away the best employees. The organization is suffering from burnout and widespread dissatisfaction. Requests for pay increases are ignored, and leadership demonstrates a profound lack of understanding of effective company management. The idea Yotpo is “all about the people” is a marketing farce.
